Service Level Agreement (SLA) – TR Telecoms Virtual Numbers

Scope
This SLA outlines the service levels, support, and operational expectations for TR Telecoms virtual numbers.

Service Availability
TR Telecoms strives to provide 99.5% uptime for active virtual numbers.
Numbers are inbound-only for SMS and OTPs. Sending SMS is not possible.

Support & Incident Reporting
Clients can request assistance via our contact page or by email: admin@trtelecoms.com
All reported issues will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

Faulty Numbers
Defective numbers reported within 24 hours of purchase will be replaced free of charge.

Fair Use
All accounts are subject to a fair use policy to ensure equitable and reliable service for all users.
If usage consistently exceeds reasonable thresholds, TR Telecoms reserves the right to review activity and may apply additional terms, usage limits, or charges. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
